Why it costs what it costs
A matte moulded front is cheap to make and there is no point pretending otherwise. What costs money on a frame like this is the finishing — the keyhole cut, the taper on the arm, the fact that the matte surface is even across the whole piece rather than patchy.

Is there more than one colour?

What is a keyhole bridge?
