Heritage Bag
A small rectangular shoulder bag with a zip along the top and a short strap. One colour.
A flat rectangular body with gold fittings and a short strap.
A rectangle, held to the body
No curve, no flap, no gather. The body is a flat rectangle and the strap is short, so the bag sits tight under the arm and follows the line of your side rather than swinging away from it.
Offered in brown, in one size.
Flat body, full-length zip
The body is a flat rectangle with a zip running the full length of the top and gold-tone fittings at the strap rings.
The strap is short and fixed, cut to carry the bag high under the arm.
How it carries
- A flat rectangular body that sits close to the side
- A zip along the full length of the top
- Gold-tone fittings at the strap rings
- A short strap for an under-arm carry
- One colour, one size
The product
It has a premium leather finish, a spacious and organised interior, a comfortable shoulder carry and a timeless silhouette for work, travel, shopping and special occasions.
One colour
Listed at checkout in brown, in one size.
Why it costs what it costs
A full-length zip on a flat body has to run straight along a seam that has nothing to hide behind, so the tape is set before the two panels are closed rather than added at the end.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- A full-length zip rather than a magnet
- Gold-tone fittings at the strap rings
- A flat body that sits close under the arm
- One colour, one price

1 × Élodie Heritage Bag
How big is it?
It is a small shoulder bag.
Can it be worn across the body?
No. The strap is short and cut for an under-arm carry.
Is there another colour?
No. Brown is the only colour.
How should it be cleaned?
A damp cloth and then a dry one. Keep the zip clear of grit.
One colour, held in a small run
It is one of the most requested styles and is held in limited quantities. When it goes it is not automatically repeated.
Add it to the bag. If it is not right, send it back.
